曳引式抽油机它是一种新型往复式的采油控制装置。这种抽油机,是一种新型的设计理念,能够起到提高效率和节约能源等方面的效果。但在实际工作中由于曳引式抽油机方向不稳定,因此会在系统内产生冲击力,提高了系统所需功率波幅增加,最终影响了电机的使用年限。因此怎样改善各零部件的负荷情况,达到节能目的,并提高机械的使用寿命是成为目前急需解决的问题。因此本文首先对传统抽油机使用中常见问题进行分析的基础上,引入变频器拖动技术,进而对之进行优化,达到提升抽油机节能效益的目的。

Therefore, based on the analysis of the common problems in the use of traditional pumping units, this paper introduces the drive drag technology, and then optimize it to achieve the purpose of improving the energy-saving efficiency of the pumping unit.
