农村社会转型背景下农村逐渐形成不同的社会阶层。农村阶层分化对村级党组织权威带来了挑战。本文结合政党学原理,探讨重构村级党组织权威的路径选择,即必须夯实村级党组织权威重构的经济资源、政治资源、组织资源和文化资源。
Under the background of rural social transformation, rural areas gradually formed different social strata. The stratification of rural areas posed challenges to the authority of village party organizations. Combining with the principle of political party theory, this article explores the path choice of reconstructing the authority of village party organizations, that is, we must consolidate the economic resources, political resources, organizational resources and cultural resources for the reconstruction of village party organizations.
