In China’s reform, in addition to deep-rooted government worship, a new type of corporate cult emerged. This worship creates an extremely favorable cultural atmosphere for enterprises to obtain excess profits in economic development. The direct consequence of this is that the “civic” as an important social subject and the extreme shrinkage of civil rights are the abnormal growth of the revenue of the government and enterprises. On the one hand, the rapid concentration of wealth in the government and enterprises shows the large unconventional growth of government revenue and corporate profits, and the extreme scarcity and serious shortage of public goods on the other side. This is actually the basic background for China’s bull market in 2007. It is a bull market created by Chinese residents being forced to inject benefits into businesses and government companies. This is a bull market created by a typical asset injection - the soon-to-be welfare of residents is injected into the business as a profit.
