大型集装箱检查系统中 ,采用一维线阵列探测器并行扫描方式 ,并以直线加速器为 X射线源。其中多个探测器及前放的线性不一致性和非线性以及 X射线扇型束流的强度角分布导致图像出现水平条纹和明暗条带。这些因素严重影响了图像质量 ,必须对图像进行校正。通过实验 ,对探测器响应进行多点定标 ,再进行对数插值 ,得到校正参数。原始图像数据与校正参数进行适当的运算 ,图像即得到校正。计算结果与实验结果基本吻合 ,图像经校正后 ,水平条纹和条带基本消失。这种校正方法在集装箱检查系统中是有效和可行的 ,已经得到应用
Large container inspection system, using one-dimensional line array detector parallel scan mode, and the linear accelerator for the X-ray source. These factors seriously affect the image quality and the image must be corrected.
