The performance characteristics of the special character overlay chip SD01C01 introduced by ShangWuXueXue Microelectronics Co., Ltd. and its application in the video surveillance system are introduced. The hardware design of fixed character overlay and variable character overlay is given. Using this pure hardware circuit to achieve the method, without using a single chip, without software programming.
