本文探讨如何提高高校基建建筑材料管理工作。首先应抓好主要建筑材料的质量管理:通过认真调查材料市场,认准合格材料;提高材料计划的准确性;强化材料进场检验制度;健全材料管理信息资料。其次,搞好材料价格管理,合理降低成本:掌握市场动态降低材料价格;采取合理采购模式,业主方与施工方共同参与的供应;充分利用市场,合理安排运输。
This article explores how to improve the management of college building materials. First of all, we should do a good job in the quality management of the main building materials: through careful investigation of the material market, look for qualified materials; improve the accuracy of material planning; strengthen the material inspection system; improve material management information materials. Second, do a good job of material price management, reasonable cost reduction: grasp the market dynamics to reduce material prices; take reasonable procurement model, the owner and the construction side to participate in the supply; make full use of the market, reasonable arrangements for transport.
