电真空材料中无氧铜用量较多。目前国内无氧铜中低磷的分析多采用正丁醇——三氯甲烷萃取比色法,但此法操作烦琐,要经过氧化、萃取、还原等比较复杂的手续。其中所用试剂三氯甲烷现已确认为致癌物质。本文介绍在水溶液中直接测定无氧铜中低磷的简便方法。利用这种方法,只要在特殊比例的混合酸中进行溶样并氧化,再加发色剂,即可进行比色测定。所用试剂很少,无毒性。具有操作简便、灵敏度高、重现性好、误差小、显色稳定等优点,适合于0.0003%~0.003%的低含量磷的准确测定。
Electro vacuum materials in the amount of oxygen-free copper more. At present, the analysis of low-phosphorus in oxygen-free copper mostly adopts n-butanol-chloroform extraction colorimetric method. However, this method is cumbersome to operate and undergo complicated procedures such as oxidation, extraction and reduction. Trichloromethane, one of the reagents used, has now been identified as a carcinogen. This article describes a simple method for the direct determination of phosphorus in oxygen-free copper in aqueous solution. By this method, colorimetric determination can be carried out by simply dissolving and oxidizing in a mixed acid of a specific ratio and adding a coloring agent. Reagents used little, non-toxic. The invention has the advantages of simple operation, high sensitivity, good reproducibility, small error, stable color and the like, and is suitable for accurate determination of low-content phosphorus of 0.0003% -0.003%.
