人本主义的课程论是人本主义心理学发展的结果,最著名的代表人物是马斯洛和罗杰斯。马斯洛、罗杰斯在人本主义的课程领域享有盛名。人本主义者认为,课程的目的就在于满足学生个人自由发展和自我实现的需要。在课程的组织上,人本主义批评传统课程的学科逻辑,认为没有与学生的心理建立联系;同时,从个性的完整出发,主张课程的综合;人本主义课程论要求在学生与教师之间建立情感关系的背景中实施课程,他们反对各种测量和考试,注重过程评价,注重教师和学生对课程的主观评价。文章通过对人本主义课程论的阐述,结合英语课程教学,希望可以构建一种较为理想的英语课程教学模式。
Humanistic curriculum theory is the result of the development of humanistic psychology, the most famous representative is Maslow and Rogers. Maslow and Rogers are renowned in the field of humanistic curriculum. Humanism believes that the purpose of the course is to meet the needs of individual students for their free development and self-actualization. In the organization of the course, humanism criticizes the subject logic of the traditional curriculum, and does not think it is related to the students’ psychology. At the same time, starting from the integrity of the individual, advocating the synthesis of the curriculum; the humanistic curriculum theory requires that students and teachers The curriculum is implemented in the context of establishing emotional relationships. They oppose various measurements and exams, emphasize process evaluation, and focus on the subjective evaluation of the curriculum by teachers and students. Through the elaboration of humanistic curriculum theory and the combination of English curriculum teaching, the article hopes that a better teaching model of English curriculum can be constructed.
