《药品管理法》赋予县级以上卫生行政部门行使药品监督权。规定县级以上卫生行政部门设药政、药检机构和药品监督员。搞好药品监督、保障人民用药安全有效是卫生行政部门的一项职责。但是,如何才能搞好药品监督?建立何种药品监督保证体系?组建什么样的药品监督队伍,是摆在我们面前的问题。 我县有药政、药检工作人员4人,加上8名 The Drug Administration Law gives the health administrative departments at or above the county level the power to supervise medicines. Improving drug supervision and ensuring the safety and effectiveness of people’s medication is a responsibility of the health administrative department. However, how to improve drug supervision? What kind of drug supervision and assurance system should be established? What kind of drug supervision team should be set up is the issue before us. My county has pharmaceutical, drug inspection staff 4 people, plus 8
