本文报告隐性乳癌５例，均以腋下肿块为首发症状。行乳癌根治术３例中有２例已分别生存５年和１０年以上，另１例术后２８个月死于肺转移。行改良根治术１例术后生存２６个月，行单纯乳房切除１例术后生存１４个月。 This article reports 5 cases of hidden breast cancer, all with submental mass as the first symptom. Two of the three patients undergoing radical mastectomy had survived for 5 years and more than 10 years respectively, and the other 1 died of lung metastasis at 28 months after surgery. Modified radical mastectomy was performed in 1 patient who survived for 26 months. She underwent a simple mastectomy and survived for 14 months.
