[目的]筛选出防治斑鞘豆叶甲成虫的高效低毒药剂。[方法]采用浸叶法进行5种杀虫剂对斑鞘豆叶甲成虫的室内毒力测定及田间药效试验。[结果]室内毒力测定结果表明:0.5%苦参碱SL对斑鞘豆叶甲具有较高的毒性,24 h后LC50值为0.23 mg/L,72 h后LC50值为0.10 mg/L,其次为2.5%高效氯氟氰菊酯EW和1.14%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐EC,72 h后LC50值分别为1.17、3.39 mg/L。田间药效试验结果表明:5种药剂对斑鞘豆叶甲成虫均有较好的防效,0.5%苦参碱SL及10%吡虫啉WP具有更好的速效性和持效性。[结论]防治斑鞘豆叶甲最适药剂为0.5%苦参碱SL及10%吡虫啉WP,1.14%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐EC可轮换使用。
[Objective] The research aimed to screen out the effective and low toxicity agents for preventing and treating the adults of [Method] The indoor toxicity test and field efficacy test of five kinds of insecticides on the adults of Z. The results of the field efficacy test showed that all the five agents had good control effects on the adults of Z. capitata, 0.5% matrine SL and 10% Imidacloprid WP had better effect and persistence. [Conclusion] The most suitable agents for the prevention and treatment of leaf spot pearl a were 0.5% matrine SL and 10% imidacloprid WP, while 1.14% emamectin benzoate EC could be used by rotation.
