功能性改良药剂FR 1、FR 2及PF树脂处理马尾松、毛白杨后对木材阻燃、防腐、尺寸稳定及MOE/MOR的研究结果表明 ,FR 1处理的马尾松吸药量为 34 5kg/m3 时 ,氧指数可达 61 %。FR 1处理的马尾松、毛白杨达到阻燃标准时 ,其用药量根据板材的厚度进行了初步确定 ,剂量范围为 30~ 90kg/m3。FR 1及FR 2在达到阻燃用药量的同时 ,处理后的马尾松、毛白杨耐腐试验的重量损失率小于或接近 1 0 %。FR 1处理的马尾松、毛白杨 ,吸药量分别为 75 6及 93 5kg/m3 时 ,吸水至饱和时 ,木材抗湿胀率 (antiswellingef ficacy,ASE)分别为 30 %、4 6% ;PF树脂处理的马尾松、毛白杨 ,吸药量分别为 79 0、63 8kg/m3 时 ,ASE分别为 4 6 2 %、4 1 4 %。各处理对抗弯弹性模量 (MOE)影响为 ,FR 1处理的马尾松 ,MOE差异不明显 ,FR 1处理的毛白杨 ,MOE增加幅度为 6 1 % ,PF树脂处理的马尾松、毛白杨 ,MOE增加幅度分别为 1 0 6%及1 7 9%。FR 1处理的马尾松、毛白杨对抗弯强度 (MOR)影响不明显。
The results of flame retardant, anti-corrosion, dimensional stability and MOE / MOR of wood treated with functional modified FRs FR 1, FR 2 and PF resin showed that the dosage of FR 1 treated masson pine was 34 5 kg / m3, oxygen index up to 61%. The increase of MOE of FR 1 -treated Populus tomentosa and Populus tomentosa was 61%, and that of PF resin-treated Pinus massoniana and Populus tomentosa The increases in MOE were 106% and 179% respectively. The effect of FR 1 treatment on Pinus massoniana and Populus tomentosa on flexural strength (MOR) was insignificant.
