通过进行门诊患者满意度的调查研究分析,评价影响满意度的各个因素,探究医院在医疗技术、医疗服务质量、医护人员服务态度、医院环境等方面可能存在的问题,为完善医院管理制度和提高服务质量给予科学的决策依据。本文以门诊患者为研究对象,通过设计《医院门诊患者满意度调查问卷》,利用统计学经典模型-结构方程模型,分析患者的满意度及影响因素。
