大学生读者作为高校图书馆的主要服务对象,图书馆员应分析他们信息需求的心理状态。在图 书馆读者服务工作中,提倡积极运行“角色互换”这一管理模式,推动图书馆员与大学生读者之间的双向 互动行为,收到读者服务环节中的良性循环效应。
As the main service target of university library, college readers should analyze the psychological state of their information needs. In the library reader service, we advocate the active operation of the “role-swapping” management model, promote two-way interaction between librarians and college students readers, and receive the virtuous circle effect in the service links of readers.
