对新收获的早、晚稻湿谷进行短期贮存的模拟试验表明:随着贮存时间的延长,湿稻谷的霉变率、芽变率、病米率、重量损失均有较大幅度上升,发芽率明显下降。颖壳开裂程度大,谷粒的劣变程度加重。病米的主要症状呈褐色斑点。湿谷与贮藏期干稻谷的真菌区系,其优势菌基本一致,但湿谷带菌的种类少、数量大、发展快,田间真菌与贮藏真菌并存。早稻湿谷所带真菌和劣变程度均较晚稻高。
