目前,有不少体育教师多采用定位徒手操安排体育课的准备活动,这种形式少变、内容单调的活动,教学效果往往不佳。为了了解中学生对不同形式准备活动的满意感,我们设计了四种形式和相应的活动内容。在杭州市第十五中学的100名高中学生中进行了实验研究。见表1。
At present, many PE teachers mostly use the orientation to arrange gymnastic preparations by hands-free exercise. This type of teaching is often poor with little content and monotonous activities. In order to understand the secondary school students’ satisfaction with different forms of preparatory activities, we designed four forms and corresponding activities. Experiments were carried out among 100 high school students in the fifteenth high school of Hangzhou. See Table 1.
