目的观察神经生长因子(nerve growth factor,NGF)及负性情绪(抑郁、焦虑)在Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者中的变化,探讨NGF及负性情绪在Ⅲ型前列腺炎发病中的作用及关系。方法采用免疫组化检测Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者及健康男性前列腺液中NGF水平,同时用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)进行问卷测评,并对数据进行统计学分析。结果Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者NGF水平及SAS、SDS评分明显高于正常对照组;Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者的NGF水平与负性情绪(焦虑与抑郁)程度呈正相关。结论 (1)神经生长因子可能在Ⅲ型前列腺炎的发生、发展过程中起重要作用。(2)NGF水平与负性情绪呈正相关,NGF可能为Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者负性情绪的中介物质。
Objective To observe the changes of nerve growth factor (NGF) and negative emotions (depression and anxiety) in type Ⅲ prostatitis and to explore the role and relationship between NGF and negative emotions in the pathogenesis of type Ⅲ prostatitis. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the level of NGF in prostatitis Ⅲ and healthy male prostatic hyperplasia. The anxiety self-rating scale (SAS) and depression self-rating scale (SDS) were used for questionnaire evaluation and the data were statistically analyzed . Results The level of NGF and SAS, SDS scores of patients with type Ⅲ prostatitis were significantly higher than those of normal controls. The level of NGF in type Ⅲ prostatitis was positively correlated with the degree of negative emotions (anxiety and depression). Conclusion (1) Nerve growth factor may play an important role in the occurrence and development of type Ⅲ prostatitis. (2) The level of NGF was positively correlated with negative emotion, NGF may be the negative emotion intermediary substance in patients with type Ⅲ prostatitis.
