1982年4月,笔者曾以“浅淡建立合理的智力结构”为题,对省林科所的科技队伍结构状况进行过初步分析。当时,林科所科技队伍的智力结构很不合理,高、中、初级科技人员比例失调,队伍年龄老化,后继乏人的问题都很突出。问题的提出引起了领导的高度重视,采取了一系列加强科技队伍自身建设的措施。时间向后推移了六年,现在这支科技队伍的状况如何呢?
In April 1982, the author once gave a preliminary analysis of the structure of science and technology contingents in the province’s forestry branch with the title of “establishing a rational intellectual structure.” At that time, the intellectual structure of the science and technology team in Linke was very unreasonable.
