通过对全区小型水库全面深入调查 ,对内蒙古自治区小型水库安全管理现状进行了分析 ,包括水库建设、效益、管理和病险情况几方面。指出小型水库安全管理工作中存在的主要问题 ,包括管理组织不健全、维修养护资金不落实、病险水库除险加固进展慢和水库大坝缺乏安全监测设施。对加强小型水库安全管理提出若干对策 ,包括落实责任、加强检查指导、落实养护资金等方面 Through the comprehensive and in-depth investigation of small reservoirs in the region, the status quo of safety management of small reservoirs in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is analyzed, including reservoir construction, benefit, management and risk aspects. It points out the main problems in the safety management of small reservoirs, including the unsound management organization, the failure to implement maintenance and repair funds, the slow progress of dangerous reservoirs and the lack of safety monitoring facilities in reservoir dams. A number of countermeasures are put forward to strengthen the safety management of small reservoirs, including implementing responsibilities, strengthening inspection guidance and implementing maintenance funds
