轻量化是机构优化设计的重要部分,在满足刚度与良好动态特性前提下,进行合理的厚度优化具有积极的意义。模态分析可以为振动工作平台的性能评估提供了一个强有力的工具,依据可靠的分析及实验,能获得有效的性能评估指标。本文借助ANSYS有限元理论对PA66/GF30振动工作台进行模态分析,得到设计机构的固有频率和固有振型,通过模态分析法来对机构进行动态性能分析,验算其结构设计能否达到总体设计要求,并对设计的振动工作平台厚度进行优化。
Lightweighting is an important part of the optimization design of the mechanism. It is of positive significance to carry out reasonable thickness optimization under the premise of meeting the stiffness and good dynamic characteristics. Modal analysis can provide a powerful tool for the performance evaluation of vibration workbenches. Based on the reliable analysis and experiment, effective performance evaluation indexes can be obtained. In this paper, ANSYS finite element analysis of the PA66 / GF30 vibration table modal analysis, the design of the natural frequency and natural vibration model obtained through the modal analysis of the dynamic performance of institutions to check whether the structural design to achieve the overall Design requirements, and the design of the vibration platform thickness optimization.
