本文对全热解石墨(TPG)制成的电热原子化管的性能特点与涂层管和未涂层石墨管进行了比较。设计了测定每支管子有效工作寿命的分析程序,并估价了管子老化对原子吸收光谱法测定Pb,Mn、V的灵敏度和精密度的影响。TFG管的主要优点是提高了管子的耐用处,改善了灵敏度和精密度,特别适用于难挥发元素的分析。未涂层石墨管的特性与涂层管和TPG管相比,一般是不能令人满意的。
In this paper, the performance characteristics of electrothermal atomic tubes made of pyrolytic graphite (TPG) were compared with those of coated and uncoated graphite tubes. The analytical procedure for determining the effective working life of each tube was designed and the effects of tube aging on the sensitivity and precision of Pb, Mn, V determination by atomic absorption spectrometry were evaluated. The main advantages of the TFG tube are increased durability of the tube, improved sensitivity and precision, and is especially suitable for the analysis of difficult-to-volatile elements. The properties of uncoated graphite tubes are generally unsatisfactory compared to coated tubes and TPG tubes.
