编辑同志:1997年8月11日,我因涉嫌砍伐林木问题,被县林业局立案调查。在调查中,我发现调查人员王某曾与我相识,并且在初次见面时双方印象都不太好,担心他参加调查会影响案件处理的公正,因此,向林业局申请让王某回避。可林业局认为王某政治业务素质都很高,是调查此案的合适人选。为此驳回了我的申请,仍然让他参加调查。请问:县林业局的做法是否合法?
