本文以双曲面齿轮的整体安装体积最小为目标,对汽车主减速器双曲齿轮的基本参数进行稳健优化设计,较好地解决了汽车主减速器双曲面齿轮传统设计中的问题,得到了满足设计要求的最优参数组合及其容差值。
