目的了解某院门诊处方质量。方法随机抽取某院2009年11月到2011年6月门诊2 000张处方作为样本,进行回顾性分析和定量评价。结果平均每张处方用药品种数为2.54;抗菌药使用百分率为49.10%;注射剂使用百分率为29.25%;国家基本药物使用率为33.09%;药品通用名使用率为86.77%;不合理处方比例为48.55%,其中不规范处方占抽查处方44.95%,用药不适宜处方占2.55%,超常处方占1.65%。结论该院门诊处方质量有待提高。
Objective To understand the prescription quality of a hospital outpatient service. Methods A total of 2 000 prescriptions from a hospital from November 2009 to June 2011 were randomly selected as a sample for retrospective analysis and quantitative evaluation. Results The average number of drugs per prescription was 2.54; the percentage of antibacterials used was 49.10%; the percentage of injections was 29.25%; the rate of national essential medicines was 33.09%; the common name of medicines was 86.77%; the proportion of unreasonable prescriptions was 48.55 %, Of which 44.55% were non-standard prescriptions, 2.55% were prescriptions inappropriately prescribed, and 1.65% were supernormal prescriptions. Conclusion The hospital outpatient prescription quality needs to be improved.
