大学通识教育课程目前采取的是学生自由选修,学生的层次以及对于所讲授课程内容的了解参差不齐,老师在通识教育课程的讲解上,因材施教尤为重要。因材施教在通识教育课程上具体表现为教师深刻理解和认知通识教育的理念、选择为难度适宜的教材、针对学生制定难易适中的教案、运用合适的技巧增强学生的听课的兴趣。
At present, university general education courses are taken by students for free elective courses. Students’ levels and their understanding of the contents of the courses they teach are mixed. Teachers are particularly apt to teach in general education courses. Individualized teaching in general education curriculum is embodied in the concept of teachers ’profound understanding and cognition of general education. Choosing suitable textbooks, developing moderate and difficult lesson plans for students and using appropriate skills to enhance students’ interest in listening to lectures.
