目前,城市群已经成为了我国未来区域发展和城镇化的主流形态。城市群由于其自身的特点和作用在发展进程中比单个城市面临着更多战略机遇,在面对房地产库存问题的时候也具备更多的优势。以长株潭城市群为例,区域内房地产行业发展不平衡,库存现象较为严重,去化周期长,如能从优化顶层设计着手,把握住国家战略规划的机遇,加强城市群协同联动发展,落实城乡一体化建设,则能在化解房地产库存方面取得更大的进展。

If we can start with optimizing top-level design, grasp the opportunities of national strategic planning and strengthen coordinated development of urban agglomerations, To implement the integration of urban and rural areas, we can make more progress in resolving real estate inventory.
