采用不同的分析测试方法对Ti-35V-15Cr-x Si-y C合金不同退火和固溶温度下组织形态和相结构演变进行了研究。结果表明,Ti-35V-15Cr-xSi-yC合金在900℃以下退火,退火组织的晶界中的小晶粒增多,但长大趋势不明显,不同退火温度条件下,合金组织差别不大。当退火温度超过900℃,晶界小晶粒开始明显长大,合金组织形态发生明显变化。合金组织中有4种析出相:球状颗粒的Ti_2C、鸡爪型的(TiV)C、点状颗粒的Ti5Si3以及少量的针状α相。鸡爪型(TiV)C开始溶解的温度范围为950~1000℃;点状颗粒Ti_5Si_3开始溶解的温度范围为1000~1050℃。在1200℃的高温条件下,球状Ti_2C发生部分溶解。
Different morphological and structural evolutions of Ti-35V-15Cr-xSi-yC alloys at different annealing and solution temperatures were investigated by different analytical methods. The results show that the grain size of Ti-35V-15Cr-xSi-yC alloy annealed below 900 ℃ increases with the increase of grain size. However, the grain growth of Ti-35V-15Cr-xSi-yC alloy is not obvious at different annealing temperature. When the annealing temperature exceeds 900 ℃, the grain boundaries begin to grow obviously and the morphology of the alloy changes obviously. There are four kinds of precipitates in the alloy microstructure: Ti_2C of spherical particles, TiV C of chicken feet, Ti5Si3 of point particles and a small amount of acicular α phase. The temperature at which chicken feet (TiV) C began to dissolve ranged from 950 to 1000 ° C; the temperature at which point-like grain Ti_5Si_3 began to dissolve ranged from 1000 to 1050 ° C. Under the high temperature of 1200 ℃, spherical Ti_2C partially dissolved.
