随着高性能航空发动机推重比的提高,增压级鼓筒的作用愈来愈大,典型的特征是结构复杂、壁厚薄,在机械加工中容易产生变形,影响其加工精度和加工质量,从而影响发动机的性能。钛合金因其比强度高、耐腐蚀、高温高强度等显著优点被广泛应用于航空发动机中。本文以航空发动机增压级鼓筒为载体,针对钛合金材料及鼓筒结构特点,通过优化工艺设计过程,控制薄壁鼓筒加工变形,保证产品加工质量。
