本文采用丙二醛(MDA)—硫代巴比妥酸(TBA)显色法和核黄素一氯化硝基四氮唑蓝(NBT)法测定小鼠脑中MDA含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。结果表明:老年组鼠脑中MOA含量明显高于老年前期组,老年组鼠脑SOD活性显著低于老年前期组。说明脑中自由基形成随龄增多,SOD活性随龄下降。丙酸睾丸素(80μg/kg,160μg/kg)、己烯雌酚(16μg/kg,32μg/kg,64μg/kg)对老年组鼠脑MDA含量有不同程度的降低作用,对SOD活性有不同程度的增高作用。
