责任意识是指一个人对其所属群体的共同活动、行为规范以及他所承担的任务的自觉和负责的态度。当下,初中生责任心缺失已是不争的事实,这不仅影响其健康成长,处理不当还会引起不良后果,甚至酿成悲剧。因此,学校和教师重视研究学生的责任意识问题,显得尤为必要。在剖析了当下初中生责任意识缺失原因的基础上,提出要在初中教学中采用以身作则、树立榜样,相信学生、适时放手、多元评价、激励升华,家校配合、共同促进,生生互动、彼此感染等教学策略,通过以人为本、大胆放手、参与渗透、注重实践、日积月累、正面引导、和谐发展等培养途径,达到培养学生责任意识的目的。
Consciousness of responsibility refers to a person’s conscious and responsible attitude towards the common activities of his group, the code of conduct and the tasks he undertakes. At present, junior high school students lack of responsibility is an indisputable fact, which not only affects their healthy growth, improper handling can also cause undesirable consequences, and even lead to tragedy. Therefore, it is especially necessary for schools and teachers to pay attention to the study of students’ sense of responsibility. Based on the analysis of the reasons for the lack of sense of responsibility among current junior high school students, this paper proposes to set an example in junior high school teaching, to set an example, to believe that students should give up in time, to evaluate, to motivate and sublimate, to cooperate with each other, to promote mutual interaction And other teaching strategies, through the people-oriented, boldly let go, participate in infiltration, practice, over time, positive guidance, harmonious development and other training ways to achieve the purpose of cultivating students’ sense of responsibility.
