研究了石灰石、矿渣、石膏和少量熟料制备的石灰石基少熟料水泥中原料组成含量对水泥强度、凝结时间及标准稠度等物理性能的影响规律。研究发现在石灰石最高掺量不超过65%的情况下可以制备符合国家GB/T 3183—2003《砌筑水泥》标准的石灰石基少熟料水泥。该水泥的强度随石灰石掺量增加、矿渣掺量的减少而下降,同时标准稠度也随之减少,凝结时间缩短。与通常的硅酸盐类水泥不同,熟料在石灰石基少熟料水泥中主要起碱性激发作用,适宜的掺量为7%左右。适宜的碱度有利于该水泥强度的发展,而过高的碱度对其强度增长不利。
The influence of raw material composition of limestone, slag, gypsum and a little clinker on the physical properties of cement strength, setting time and standard consistency was studied. It was found that limestone-based low-clinker cement complying with the national “masonry cement” standard of GB / T 3183-2003 can be prepared with the maximum content of limestone not exceeding 65%. The strength of the cement increases with the dosage of limestone and the content of slag decreases, while the standard consistency decreases and the setting time is shortened. Different from the common silicate cement, clinker mainly plays an alkaline stimulating role in limestone-based less clinker cement, and the suitable dosage is about 7%. Appropriate alkalinity is conducive to the development of the strength of the cement, and excessive alkalinity on the strength of adverse growth.
