经皮腘静脉插管造影术是一种新的下肢深静脉造影技术,具有简便易行的优点,更可弥补传统造影方法的不足。我院自1996年5月至1997年12月利用旧式X线机实施23例,现介绍如下。材料与方法一、一般资料:本组23例,共23条下肢。男15例,男15例,女8例,年龄28～70岁,病程3～30年。主要症状为患肢浅静脉曲张、肿胀、胀痛、色素沉着和溃疡。常规顺行造影均显示原发性下肢深静脉瓣膜功能不全。
