采用商业软件CFX研究了内部具有不同间距的周期性交替大小肋片的方腔通道的换热性能.结果发现:流体流过斜置肋片时,从肋片的上游端点开始形成一个紧靠带肋壁面向斜下游发展的喇叭状涡,此涡使肋片之间形成卵形高换热区域;高换热区域面积的大小与流体流动情况有关,而且受下游肋片影响.与采用单一尺寸肋片的通道相比,在适当的位置加入小肋片能够改善再附着区域下游的换热,同时降低通道的流阻系数,增强综合换热能力.
The commercial CFX was used to study the heat transfer performance of a square channel with periodic alternating size fins with different pitches. The results show that when the fluid flows through the inclined fins, an abutting belt The rib wall faces the horn-shaped vortex developing obliquely downstream, and the vortex forms a high oval-shaped heat exchange area between the fins. The area of the high heat exchange area is related to the fluid flow and is influenced by the downstream fins. Compared with the channel of fins, the addition of small fins in the proper position can improve the heat transfer downstream of the reattachment zone, meanwhile reduce the flow resistance coefficient of the channel and enhance the comprehensive heat exchange capacity.
