为了找到LY12铝合金板材在特定激光功率、板材厚度下的最佳切割速度,根据能量守恒原则,建立激光切割前沿的热平衡方程式。通过穷举法估算出LY12铝合金对CO_2激光吸收率A为8%;然后用迭代法计算最佳切割速度,以激光功率P=2 800 W,气体压力p=0.6 MPa为例,计算出最佳切割速度v=2 136mm/min。通过试验验证此条件下激光切割质量最佳,可实现激光切割质量的优化。
In order to find the optimal cutting speed of LY12 aluminum alloy sheet under certain laser power and plate thickness, the heat balance equation of laser cutting front is established according to the principle of energy conservation. Through the exhaustive method, the laser absorptance A of LY12 aluminum alloy was estimated to be 8% for CO 2 laser. Then the optimal cutting speed was calculated by iterative method. Taking laser power P = 2 800 W and gas pressure p = 0.6 MPa as an example, Good cutting speed v = 2 136mm / min. The best quality of laser cutting under this condition is verified through experiments, which can optimize the quality of laser cutting.
