目的:建立高效液相色谱法同时测定黄连阿胶汤中芍药苷、黄芩苷、小檗碱3种成分的含量。方法:采用Agilent TC-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm),流动相乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长240 nm,柱温25℃。结果:黄连阿胶汤中芍药苷、黄芩苷、小檗碱平均质量分数分别为1.64%,7.51%,3.30%。结论:该法操作简便、准确且精密度和重复性良好,可用于黄连阿胶汤的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of three components, paeoniflorin, baicalin and berberine in berberine gelatin soup. Methods: The mobile phase was eluted with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid with a gradient of 1.0 mL · min-1 using an Agilent TC-C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm) with a detection wavelength of 240 nm and a column temperature of 25 ° C. Results: The average mass fraction of paeoniflorin, baicalin and berberine in Huanglian gelatin soup were 1.64%, 7.51% and 3.30% respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and good precision and reproducibility, and can be used for quality control of Huanglian gelatin soup.
