我国焦化苯中影响产品质量的杂质主要是以噻吩形式存在的硫化物 ,因噻吩具有重要的工业应用价值 ,考虑综合利用选用萃取精馏的提纯方法。本文在相关实验数据的测定及优化拟合的基础上 ,用三对角矩阵及同时校正法对脱除苯中微量噻吩的萃取精馏过程进行了模拟计算。计算结果表明 :该法既可以获得高质量的苯 ,又可以回收噻吩。因此 ,本文为脱除焦化苯中微量噻吩的工艺流程设计提供了科学依据。
China’s coking benzene products affecting the quality of impurities mainly in the form of thiophene sulfide exists, because of thiophene has important industrial value, consider the comprehensive utilization of extractive distillation purification method. In this paper, based on the determination of the relevant experimental data and the optimization fitting, the triad matrix and the simultaneous correction method were used to simulate the extractive distillation process of removing trace thiophene in benzene. The calculation results show that this method can obtain high quality benzene and thiophene. Therefore, this paper provides a scientific basis for the design of the process of removing traces of thiophene in coking benzene.
