本文应用计算机和误差分离技术分离出单啮仪齿轮光栅系统和蜗杆光栅系统的动态误差,从而实现了齿轮测量结果的自动修正。本文中还给出了两个分离和修正实例。
In this paper, computer and error separation technology is used to separate out the dynamic errors of the single-gear gear grating system and the worm grating system, so as to realize the automatic correction of the gear measurement results. This article also gives two examples of separation and correction.
