本文通过分析顺德制造业方面的数据,并与昆山、广州等地比较,发现顺德制造业竞争能力虽然具有一定的经济创造能力、科技创新能力、资源保护能力优势,但仍存在企业效率不高、创新不足、企业规模过小、产业结构单一、人才总量和结构不合理等问题。要真正优化提升顺德制造业,必须要充分利用周边大学智力资源,培养高层次人才的激励机制,提高公共创新平台的利用率,培育龙头企业,通过建立和完善民间资本融资渠道改善中小企业融资难的问题。
