为了探讨臭氧对猪场污水中病原微生物的杀菌效果,试验采用板框式固液压滤机对猪场粪污进行固液分离-石英砂过滤罐过滤-臭氧净化消毒罐的处理工艺;以细菌菌落总数平皿法、大肠菌群最近似数多管发酵法、定性杀菌试验悬液定量法及染菌片法检测臭氧对猪场污水中病原微生物的杀菌效率。结果表明:臭氧浓度为18.6 mg/L时对猪场污水作用10 min,猪场污水内细菌菌落总数、大肠菌群最近似数显著降低,三种定性试验菌的平均杀菌对数值均≥3.00。说明臭氧对猪场污水中病原微生物的杀菌消毒效率极显著。
