目的:探讨血清高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平与老年良性前列腺增生症(benign prostatic hyperplasia,BPH)间的关系。方法:选取我院老年病科门诊及住院的96例BPH患者,询问病史,测定身高、体质量,计算体质量指数(BMI),并检测其血清hs-CRP和前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)水平,经腹壁B超测定前列腺体积(PV),采用国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)评估下尿路症状(LUTS)。结果:根据PV,分为<30 mL组(36例)、30~50 mL组(32例)、>50 mL组(28例),结果显示3组hs-CRP水平分别为(1.64.±0.34)mg/L、(1.81±0.25)mg/L和(2.59±0.29)mg/L。随着PV增大,hs-CRP水平呈增高趋势,>50 mL组的hs-CRP水平较<30mL组、30~50 mL组明显升高(P<0.05)。根据IPSS评分,分为<7分组(39例)、8~19分组(42例)及>20分组(15例),结果显示3组hs-CRP水平分别为(1.61±0.33)mg/L、(1.98±0.25)mg/L和(2.76±0.43)mg/L,8~19分组、>20分组明显高于<7分组(P分别<0.05、<0.01),>20分组明显高于8~19分组(P<0.01)。IPSS与hs-CRP呈正相关(r=0.436,P<0.01),但前列腺体积与Hs-CRP间无相关性(P>0.05),hs-CRP与血清PSA水平亦无关(P>0.05)。结论:血清hs-CRP水平与老年BPH的进展有关,可能是预测和影响LUTS的因素之一。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Methods: A total of 96 BPH patients were selected from our hospital for outpatient geriatrics and hospitalized. The patients were asked about their medical history, height and weight, and the body mass index (BMI) was calculated. The serum hs-CRP and PSA levels Prostate volume (PV) was measured by abdominal ultrasonography, and lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) were assessed using the International Prostate Symptom Score (IPSS). Results: The levels of hs-CRP in the three groups were (1.64 ± 0.34, respectively), <30 mL group (36 cases), 30-50 mL group (32 cases) and> 50 mL group ) mg / L, (1.81 ± 0.25) mg / L and (2.59 ± 0.29) mg / L, respectively. The hs-CRP level increased with the increase of PV. The hs-CRP level of> 50 mL group was significantly higher than that of <30 mL group and 30-50 mL group (P <0.05). According to the IPSS score, the levels of hs-CRP in the three groups were (1.61 ± 0.33) mg / L, <7 groups (39 cases), 8-19 cases (42 cases) and> 20 cases (1.98 ± 0.25) mg / L and (2.76 ± 0.43) mg / L, respectively. The scores of 8 ~ 19 group and> 20 group were significantly higher than those of <7 group (P < 19 groups (P <0.01). There was a positive correlation between IPSS and hs-CRP (r = 0.436, P <0.01), but there was no correlation between prostate volume and Hs-CRP (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The serum hs-CRP level is related to the progress of elderly BPH, which may be one of the factors to predict and influence LUTS.
