提出了齿轮激光淬火的两种工艺方法─—单光束螺旋扫描和分光束螺旋扫描,分析了齿轮激光淬火的几个重要工艺参数。试验结果表明:采用这两种工艺方法均能获得沿齿廓均匀分布的硬化层,且经激光淬火的齿轮变形小。
Two technological methods of gear laser quenching-single beam helical scanning and sub-beam helical scanning are proposed, and several important technological parameters of gear laser quenching are analyzed. The experimental results show that the hardened layer with uniform distribution along the tooth profile can be obtained by using both of the two techniques and the deformation of the laser quenched gear is small.
