以白云鄂博铁矿为研究对象,为了改善露天矿水孔爆破质量,在分析水孔爆破现状及问题后,采用孔底水间隔装药和水封混合填塞方法进行爆破研究。实验结果表明,采用孔底水间隔装药平均每个矿区节约成本6 000元,同时有效地降低爆破根块的产生;采用水封混合填塞有效降低爆破根块的同时也降低了爆破尘毒,为探索露天矿水孔爆破技术取得了有意义的成果。
Taking Baiyunebo Iron Mine as the research object, in order to improve the quality of opencast mine blasthole, after analyzing the current situation and problems of the blasthole, the blasting research was carried out by using the method of bottom hole water partitioning and water seal mixing packing. The experimental results show that the average pore-water interval charge saves 6,000 yuan per mining area and effectively reduces the production of blasting root block. The use of water seal mixed packing effectively reduces the blasting root block and also reduces the explosion dust poisoning, In order to explore the surface mine water hole blasting technology has made significant achievements.
