华沙的文化艺术部不久以前发起了好音乐普及运动。音乐会陆续组织起来,其中配上一些讲演帮助听众欣赏杰作并了解音乐。到今年五月为止,学校方而组织了十个音乐会,工厂方面组织了四个。每个音乐会的演奏人员都各不相同,讲演人也分别在固定的地力讲演,因而得以保持和听众的密切按触。演奏和讲演之后,听众还展开自由讨论,因此群众方面欣赏和辨别水平显然已进一步提高了。这种计划不久就要扩展到首都以外的各区域云。(「中欧观察」双周刊) Warsaw’s Ministry of Culture and Arts recently launched a good music popularization movement.
