危险块体的搜索及显现是现代地下矿山安全管理的重要内容,由于各种原因一直未能得到很好的解决。采用子系统映射全局的研究思路,以DXF兼容性格式文件的方式连通GeneralBlock和3DMine两款软件的应用,对地下矿山危险块体的自动搜索及系统显现集成技术进行了研究。以铜坑矿锌多金属矿体255 m和305 m水平的开拓巷道为工程背景,首先,将结构面调查数据输入GeneralBlock完成块体的分析计算,输出含危险块体的DXF格式文件;其次,将该文件导入3DMine软件,析出危险块体,并保存其实体文件;然后,将实体文件调入至3DMine巷道模型中,对危险块体进行精确定位;最后,对所有危险块体着以红色进行预警,从而实现开拓巷道中危险块体的系统显现。应用表明:利用所研发的集成技术,在255 m和305 m水平开拓巷道内,发现了可移动稳定块体27个,不稳定块体1个,顺利实现了地下矿山危险块体的自动搜索及系统显现。研究成果可为地下矿山的安全管理、灾害预警与裂隙加固等提供基本依据。
The search and appearance of dangerous blocks is an important part of modern underground mine safety management, which has not been well solved for various reasons. The sub-system mapping global research ideas, DXF compatibility format file to connect GeneralBlock and 3DMine two software applications, the underground mine dangerous block automatic search and system display integration technology were studied. Taking the open pit lane of 255 m and 305 m of copper-zinc ore polymetallic orebodies in Tongkeng Mine as the engineering background, firstly, the survey data of the structural plane is input into GeneralBlock to finish the analysis and calculation of the block, and the DXF format document containing dangerous blocks is output. Secondly, The file is imported into 3DMine software, and the dangerous blocks are separated out and saved as the physical files. Then, the real files are transferred to the 3DMine laneway model to locate the dangerous blocks precisely. Finally, all the dangerous blocks are painted in red Early warning, in order to achieve the development of the system of dangerous blocks in the tunnel show. The application shows that using the developed integration technology, 27 stable movable blocks and 1 unstable block are found in the open roadway with the horizontal width of 255 m and 305 m, and the automatic search of dangerous blocks in underground mines is successfully achieved. The system appears. The research results provide a basic basis for the safety management of underground mines, disaster warning and reinforcement of cracks.
