为了解松针和腐殖土覆盖对云南松种子发芽和幼苗保存的影响,采用L9(34)正交设计实施。处理组合的平均发芽率、发芽势、保存率和种子成苗比分别为31.2%~68.0%、22.3%~42.2%、59.7%~90.2%和1.9~5.6,0.50cm腐殖土和0.20kg/m2松针覆盖的各项指标均极显著小于其它的(然而种子成苗比与之相反)。腐殖土覆盖厚度、松针覆盖量及其交互作用分别是发芽率(种子成苗比)、发芽势和保存率的主导因子;因子水平间及其交互作用对其具有极显著或显著的差异影响。
In order to understand the effects of pine needles and humus soil cover on seed germination and seedling preservation of Pinus yunnanensis, orthogonal designs of L9 (34) were used. The average germination rate, germination energy, storage rate and seedling ratio of treatment combinations were 31.2% -68.0%, 22.3% -42.2%, 59.7% -90.2% and 1.9-5.6, 0.50cm humus and 0.20kg / The indicators covered by pine needles were significantly less than those of the other seedlings (however, seedlings grew to be the opposite).
