动产所有权转移大多以交付为标志,对于船舶这种特殊的动产,中国法律规定船舶的所有权转移需进行登记。笔者从学理角度探索船舶所有权转移问题。
Much of the transfer of ownership of movable property is marked by delivery, and for such special movable property as a ship, Chinese law requires the registration of the transfer of ownership of the ship. The author explores the issue of ship ownership transfer from the perspective of theory.
