目的 探讨癫痫患者发作严重程度与其血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平的相关性.方法 197倒癫痫患者药物治疗后,分为无发作组(n=70)、轻度发作组(n=48)、中度发作组(n=50)和重度发作组(n=29),测定197例患者静息期血清CRP水平.结果 无发作组、轻度发作组、中度发作组和重度发作组患者血清CRP分别为(1.44±0.88) mg/L、(2.87±0.18) mg/L、(5.34±0.20) mg/L、(9.63±0.64) mg/L,四组间血清CRP水平总体差异有统计学意义(F=179.35,P＜0.01)；癫痫发作严重程度与血清CRP水平呈正相关性(相关系数rs=0.083,P＜ 0.01).结论 癫痫发作频度越高,其血清CRP水平越高；血清CRP水平可能是预测癫痫发作严重程度的一个指标.
