什么是林业企业(这里主要指国营林业局)的经济效益?怎样评价和考核林业企业的经济效益?弄清楚这个问题,对确定林业企业的发展方向,明确林业企业的根本任务,贯彻“以营林为基础”的方针,无论在理论上和实际工作中都具有重要意义。本文根据牡丹江林区的实际情况,对如何评价和考核林业企业的经济效果问题,进行了一些粗浅的研究,并提出改革的设想,供国家决策部门参考。
What is the economic benefits of forestry enterprises (mainly refers to the State Forestry Bureau) and how to evaluate and assess the economic benefits of forestry enterprises? To clarify this issue, to determine the development direction of forestry enterprises, clear the fundamental tasks of forestry enterprises, implement the “ Forest-based ”approach, both in theory and practical work are of great significance. Based on the actual situation of Mudanjiang forest region, this paper makes some superficial researches on how to appraise and evaluate the economic effects of forestry enterprises and puts forward the tentative plan of reform for the reference of national decision-making departments.
