本研究于2010年5月-2011年10月,在山东农业大学农学实验站进行,选用济薯23为试验材料。采用大田和盆栽试验相结合的方法,对薯苗素质和地膜覆盖影响块根形成和膨大的生理基础做了系统的研究。主要结果如下：1、地膜覆盖对土壤微环境的影响地膜覆盖改善了甘薯土壤微环境,提高了土壤温度、土壤含水量、土壤孔隙度,降低了土壤容重和土壤速效养分含量,促进了植株对速效养分的吸收,为促进块根膨大打下了基础。透明膜
