《城市快速轨道交通工程项目建设标准》试行本，已由建设部、国家计委于一九九九年三月二十九日批准发布（建标Q99C81号）。 本“建设标准”是根抿国家计委和建设都要求和安徘，由北京市城建设计研究院会同建设部城市建设研究院共同编制的。并经有关部门和专家会审通过。现作为全国统一标准予以发布，自1999年5月1日起施行。
The trial version of “Urban Rapid Rail Transit Project Construction Standards” has been approved by the Ministry of Construction and the State Development Planning Commission on March 29, 1999 (No. Q99C81). This “construction standard” is based on the requirements of the State Development Planning Commission and the State Construction and Planning Commission, co-edited by the Beijing Urban Construction Design and Research Institute and the Urban Construction and Research Institute of the Ministry of Construction. And the relevant departments and experts will be passed by the trial. Now released as a unified national standards, since May 1, 1999 shall come into force.
